This was the only bakery that could make the cake I wanted on short notice (a lemon cake for my wife's birthday). The cake was beautiful, and it is the best cake I ever ate. Prices are reasonable, too. 5 stars well earned! I got an 8-inch chocolate Kake for my birthday. It is amazing. Dark chocolate cake, milk chocolate buttercream, all utterly delicious.
I found this place the week of my sons birthday. I told her what we wanted and she delivered! Also the cake was very very tasty 😋. Thanx again my son loved it!! ❤️
The owner Kenya Pickens is so professional and kind she brought the Birthday cakes. Velvet Kake always come through with amazing cakes, food, cup cakes, chocolate strawberries etc. I will always do business will Velvet Kake. I can't believe this bakery doesn't have more reviews. I stopped by this place on a whim, and I went back the next day for more! The fried apple pies were the best I am ever had. The chocolate chip cookies were wonderful. I will definitely be back to try their cakes.
I was very happy with my overall experience, I was able to get my cake made short notice and the owner was very polite and professional. The smash cake I requested was very well made and delicious. Will definitely be coming back!
