Though she was nice, she was late and ended up delaying my entire day. A sew in took from 11am till 2pm. The sew in install wasn't flat enough so my versatile sew in has so many limits. I actually Facebook messaged, called and texted her and she never responded to any of my request to please come back and fix the install. I even had to reach out to another stylist to fix what she did. I'm disappointed because the sew in is too high and bulky and seems like an easy fix for a professional but instead of giving good customer service, she ignored a customer who paid her for the services. That's a shame. But if I notify better business bureau then someone will say I'm wrong. Yall treat your paying customers better. My appt was supposed to be at 10 but she had to go to beauty supply store so we didn't start till 11. It's not easy to give people your time and money so simple respect by responding when they have a question or complaint goes a long way.
Tamika Jones came to.my rescue with no hesitation. New to Montgomery...had a hair 911 due to the weather....explained and she answered. This young lady did more than I expected. I just sat in her chair didn't say how I wanted my hair styled....boy when I say she delivered, she delivered. I was more than pleased. Thank you so so very much😃
