As a wedding coordinator (One Upon a Wedding), I use Grand Event Center for almost all of my local wedding rentals. Joel and Annie are wonderful and answer all my questions without a doubt! I am always 100% satisfied with their services as I know I can rely on them every time for their services offered. Their set up team and leader is amazing, quick, and courteous to vendors and clients. They followed my layout beautifully and did as much as they could for myself and previous clients. They have several selections and items available for rent that are displayed in store for all events. There are many general linen color selections that you can see online and in store. You can tell the employees care about their customers and want to make sure everything is available to their clients and vendors that they have requested. Even if something you have requested is not available, typically they offer selections that will work just as well. Thank you Grand Event Center for everything you have done for my business! As a non-profit organization, fundraising is crucial to our existence. Friends of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River has been working with Grand Event Center for the last couple of years for our annual fundraising event and this year we needed last minute delivery and pickup at the venue site. Not only did they provide the delivery they provided extra help with manpower. We had a small party to celebrate our marriage - we needed a few options for seating indoors. Grand Event Center had it all! I was gifted linens so I didn’t use GEC for theirs, but they had several options to choose from. The cocktail and banquet tables were in great condition and transformed my space. But the best part of using Grand Event Center was their customer service. Zack, Joel, and Maria took excellent care of us. Not only were they affordable but this company went above and beyond during every step of the rental. 10/10 recommend and will definitely use again for future events.
We rented a tent from Grand Event Center this weekend for my sons 1 year old birthday party. This tent was installed on our deck about 15ft from the ground to extend the living/party space at our mountain home. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The tent installers called ahead before arriving, they verified the location and installed a clean white tent with side walls. They strapped it to rails of the deck and put blocks where there where no tie down places. The crew was kind, creative and respectful of our property. We had a major windstorm the night following the party and the tent stayed right where it was supposed to with no damage to the tent or our property. You can’t be the quality, safety and kindness of this event rental company. I will always recommend them.
