Prior to booking I shared my expectations for the photos. It was confirmed that my expectations would be exceeded. After services were rendered, I immediately reached out to provide feedback and even provided additional examples. My expectations were high based on the products that were promoted online and on social media. After I received the photos, my experience was that the photos were not clear. There’s a discolored look on all of the living room and kitchen photos and other parts of the home. This company was extremely rude and condescending, even after speaking with the owner. I would not recommend this company for any reason. As a small business owner myself, I would never provide this type of experience. My hope is that this review will motivate Rocket City Photo to give every customer the best experience from communication to quality results. The photos online and on social media are BEAUTIFUL. I just wish I could have received the promised result.
