I had a crown applied (it took three attempts and she still “wasn’t happy” with it but still sent me on my way) and I paid for this using my credit card. After having my root canal at a different dentist, I returned to have my crown applied. At this visit, I learned that they charged my card and billed insurance where they kept the money to give me “credit” for dental work without consent or consultation. The money they took from my insurance was intended to be used for the root canal and I had to instead pay on my credit card. They sent me a check for the insurance money they stole but I will never go back because their practice feels so dishonest and I didn’t appreciate the theft of my insurance money. I find it extra funny that ALL reviews are only 5 star reviews. I do not recommend this practice.
Very pleased with the appointment I had today at Precious Smiles Children and Family Dentistry in Camp Hill, PA! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, my appt started on time, and Brittany and Dr Tati did an excellent job! I definitely recommend them!! Thank you!!

Great dentist. Very understanding, great communicators and overall excellent work. My husband went there for some overdue work he avoided due to previous bad experiences and the dentist and her assistant completed excellent work while helping him feel comfortable throughout. We don’t normally write reviews but they deserved it. Thank you
