Everything about Montgomery Dental Arts is amazing, from the moment of me walking in to leaving. Everyone at the front desk has wonderful customer service. They remembered me from my last visit and had me checked in before I could even say hello. Dr. Shamburger understood I have a fear of dentist and made sure he was gentle when checking my teeth and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend Montgomery Dental Arts to anyone who needs dental care.
Top notch customer care from everyone I came in contact with. They are timely, professional, compassionate and extremely kind. I am new to the city and this is my third visit. The husband/wife team warms my heart and makes me so proud of our young people. They got it going on.
My Hygienist did an excellent job in taking my x-rays and cleaning teeth. She was very helpful and friendly. The Dentist examined my teeth and reviewed dental chart with me in depth.
(Review from my daughter): Mr. And Mrs. Dr. Shamburger are the best!! I’ve used this office for many years and not once have I had a bad visit. The entire staff is very friendly and with today’s visit they went above and beyond. Previously I purchased opalescence but the results weren’t very good (user error) and I mentioned that to my hygienist. She showed me how to properly use them with a complimentary set while I was there and my teeth look SPARKLY white now. They put on a music station of your choice and give you a blanket if you get cold. They always let me pick which flavor tooth polish and which color toothbrush I want. For non-insured patients they have a very affordable program for two teeth cleanings a year which also has discounts for fillings if needed. Hands down the best dental office in Montgomery!
