I called R&K on Friday to order a plant for a funeral I’d just found out about that was scheduled for 12 noon the next day. Ronda was so efficient and professional that she even asked about colors for the ribbon being placed around the plant. In an hour she sent me a text that the plant had been delivered to the funeral home. I was absolutely speechless regarding the level of customer service and technique in closing out the transaction. I initially called the nationwide flora service advertised on the funeral home’s website and they told me every local florist was closed but not R&K. They stay open longer than competitors in their local area and provide top-notch customer service! I live in Atlanta but will surely tell EVERY I know in the Birmingham area to patronize this amazing business. Thank you Ronda! 💕💚
