Tracy and her team are by far the best planners and event coordinators I've ever witnessed. As a wedding photographer, I have to bounce around from room to room getting content and deal with many personalities. Tracy has always made it so easy for me to do my job, and often times deals with difficult situations for me. She is the most professional and efficient planner I've ever worked with. Hire her!!!
Tracy is a wonderful event planner and day of coordinator. She is open to working with your vision and executing what you want for your wedding with a very positive attitude and helpful demeanor. She goes out of her way to make sure your event runs smoothly, handles any issues independently, and most importantly makes sure that you are able to relax and enjoy yourself. I'm so happy we hired her and highly recommend her!
We hired Tracy a very late in our wedding planning—about 2 months out due to issues with a previous planner. Tracy truly saved our big day. She stepped right in and was able to give wonderful recommendations, helpful advice from weddings she had done in the past, and different opinions. She was neat and organized, always punctual, and just a text or email away. I can not recommend her enough!!
Tracy is the BEST! We cannot say enough great things about her. We knew from the beginning we would want a wedding planner since we were planning a wedding long-distance and during COVID but we never imagined we would have someone as amazing as Tracy. She helped us navigate having to change a ceremony location because of the pandemic, helped us navigate complicated family dynamics and the ins and outs of wedding etiquette. Tracy was always just a text or phone call away for anything we needed even if it was just that we were stressed and needed an ear. Day of the wedding she and Courtney were so helpful and made everything run smoothly. Tracy always had great suggestions and always helped us feel like we were in control of our day. Through the past year Tracy has become more than just a wedding planner she is someone truly special to my husband and I. Hiring Weddings by Tracy was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process, she is the absolute best!!!
Tracy was wonderful to work with! Our wedding was on a private farm, so we were at a loss of where to begin with planning, and she made it seamless!
