Reasonable price and Helena was nice and all but my bangs wasn’t properly cut :( I have 2b to 2c curls and it was straightened when I didn’t specify to do so. But overall we had a great experience thank you!
this place is horrible i took me & my younger sister to this place , she left my hair under the dryer for so long (2 hours ) , she brunt my hair off i have a bald spot , she brunt my head i have burns on my scalp , she put so much products in my little sister hair she cut it too short i asked for a trim it’s uneven.
Horrible service, I made an appointment to get a wash and blow out . Waited 20 mins for the owner to get there and do my hair , never showed up. The lady who washed my hair said she really busy because she owns a restaurant too . I ended up leaving with wet hair . I will never go back to that place .
Not enough worker
I had never made a review online in my life but after reading a really negative review in here I felt I have to! This place is brand new in Staten Island, and I have to say is one of the best Beauty salons in town!!! Ms Helen is so professional my hair looks so shiny, they used really good quality products. All equipment brand new, all super clean........ Excellent!!!!!
