First don't want to leave them out, the staff of ortho assistants and receptionist are great! Their medical assistants are smart, knowledgeable and very nice and patient. Now, Dr Rivers OMG IT CAN'T GET NO BETTER THAN HER!!!! That is the best sweetest smart nicest Orthodontist ever. They are not money hungry either. She listens and do whatever it takes to make you a happy patient. That practice definitely like to see "you smile." Dr Hartman, she is also great too and very pleasant. Go see Dr River's at the Trussville office or Dr Hartman at the Hoover or Alabaster office, I forget which one. Trust me, you will not be unhappy. I don't care if you find a less expensive place, don't go there, go here!!! This place really care about more than just a dollar. I'm telling you from experience, they are NOT money hungry. They care about your smile. Trust me. My son and myself got our braces here. I wouldn't go to any other place!!!!
Amazing customer service! Everyone was so friendly and inviting. Did my consultation and got my braces put on same day… literally in and out within a hour! Highly recommend.
Very friendly and very accommodating. They are also very understanding, I thought I had orthodontics insurance and I did not. So I was not covered they didn't pressure me to get setup or do anything I didn't want to. If I get orthodontics Insurance or get money to pay out of pocket I will be going back.
