Happy with the company from the first contact all the way through. Got a friendly, helpful employee on the 2nd ring. Website was super easy to search and book what I needed. I opted for APZ to drop off my items and pick them up. They were prompt, friendly, and the items were as promised. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommend.
We got the jump house for a baby shower and it was perfect, the children loved it. The air cooler (swamp cooler) made a big difference in temperature on our patio. We will definitely rent items from APZ Rental when we need them in the future.
We rented a waterslide online for pickup at 9 am Saturday morning got there and waited till 10 30 before someone finally showed up got it home and set it up and it had a leak in 3 different places in the pool area of the slide and not to mention it had been cleaned in a long time. The guy working deliveries there was extremely helpful but the management has to be a issue leaving the whole business unattended for hrs at a time. Not to mention we left messages all day Saturday with no replies
APZ Rentals always gets it right. We have been using APZ for years. They have always taken care of me and my family when we rent Bounce Houses from them.
