A while back I spoke to Akeela regarding a trip I had wanted to plan. Originally, the group size was predicted to be 20. However, things changed like location, my group size, and budget. Akeela was amazing throughout the entire process. She was patient, flexible with all the changes, answered all of my questions, suggested ideas based off my likes/dislikes and even spoke to my entire group regarding what they wanted. I have dealt with travel agents before but I never had such excellent customer service like I did with Akeela. Throughout the planning process (and the trip itself) I was in school. Akeela knew this and tried to make everything as easy as possible for me. Even on the day of the trip, she messaged to confirm everything was going well. When our flight was cancelled, she got us right away on the next one. If you’re ever thinking of booking with a travel agent, I strongly suggest booking with Akeela. You will get the vacation of your dreams with ease and comfort. I know I will 100% be going back to her for my next vacation.
I went to book a cruise and the lady (Akeela Hossain) was very rude and then she took all my information and she said she will contact me after two days, but she didn’t at all the next day when my husband called her, she said I’m on vacation now I’ll call you after come back.
