I will definitely be back! Jenny and the ladies were so nice to me and didn’t hesitate to give me the style I asked for. My braids lasted 6 weeks (they were a little tight in the back) and I’ll definitely keep coming here for all my hair needs. ❤️
They do good work, however, making an appointment can be a struggle. Jenny can give u around with it and she can come off rude as well.
Went here when I was younger to get braids and I’m realizing how traumatizing it was. Looking at these reviews in the past 2 years it hasn’t changed. They braid too tight and talk loud all over your head. It isn’t relaxing. The whole time you’re there you’ll be regretting. They take a good 8 hours to complete styles that takes other braiders 4 hours max and it doesn’t come out half as good. The parts are circle if you ask for square😂. Just horrible even if you show them a picture they still won’t follow how YOU want it. I only had ONE person to do my hair here who felt like a legit stylist and at the time she was the youngest maybe least experienced there. Jenny especially is the most condescending person ever. Save yourself some time and edges. Dont bother. I recommend booking with another local in Petersburg or surrounding areas. You can find someone on styleseat
