This is the most professional experience I have ever had in a salon. I found her on Instagram and her videos are amazing! I'm pretty picky about not only having beautiful hair when I walk out but having great service, being comfortable, and having the feeling of appreciation is what got me! I received 1-on-1 service for tape-ins with no interruptions (blocking a time for 1 appointment at a time was great) the expected timeline for the service was met and a relaxing environment. Having a consultation was essential before having the actual service, so you know what to expect and needed. Jazz is very friendly, the music playing was awesome, and the steam scalp treatment is rare and amazing! Since the service, I've had nothing but wonderful comments and the fiancé can't stop talking about the wonderful look. The hair matches my natural curly and wavy state, which is nice for when I come out of the straight look. I love that I can put my hair in a ponytail- it looks awesome, and it looks natural. Best of all, it doesn't feel heavy, my scalp feels comfortable wearing the tape-ins, and sleeping in them is a breeze. As long as I have my hair wrapped in a silk bonnet every night the look will last longer. Routine maintenance is 6-8 weeks, depending on your upkeep. She can remove them and reinstall them, or just have them cleaned until the next appointment. This was my first experience with tape-ins and I just truly love them!
Finally someone who understood exactly what I wanted. I am Asian and decided to try Jazz (my girlfriend's hairdresser) and after 58 years Jazz has been the only person to do exactly what I needed. Its a simple straight cut along the back but for some reason everybody else made it more complicated. Her professionalism and great personality are superior and I will keep coming back to her over and over again. Highly recommend Jazz.

I’ve been coming to Jazz for almost a year and she keeps my hair looking it’s best always! Jazz is awesome, honest, and very knowledgeable about healthy hair habits! She is always up for whatever style you are looking for! My hair installs always last a long time and I feel satisfied every time I leave her chair! She’s super responsive to emails and always on time, definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Jazz did an exceptional job on my hair. She is very personable and truly cares and listens to the needs and desires that her clients have for their hair. I appreciate the time she took to explain everything that she was doing to my hair (without being asked). She believes that her clients should be able to care for their hair at home in addition to her service, which is demonstrated through her work and teaching. My hair came out better than what I could’ve imagined. Jazz did a phenomenal job and I look forward to my next appointment!!!
