Came here to have my back and upper arms shoulders waxed. Staff were very friendly and polite but sadly the young lady I had was inexperienced and made several errors. After inspection of my back in the mirror I noticed that there were sections missed and complete areas of my arm un waxed. I ended up having to shave them unfortunately. After my appointment I noticed wax was everywhere over the bed even on my shorts. She insisted it would wash out but I’m not so sure. The waxing was generally satisfactory over all, however left disappointment with level of service and attention to detail. If I come back here I’ll be using a different more experienced beautician. Following completion of the appointment I was not given any advice such as I have before. Only cool Showers, no heat on heat, stay out the sun and moisturise.
If you are thinking of ever getting a hollywood I would 100% come here! It was my first time and I was nervous because of the obvious but Kiera made the experience as pleasant as physically possible. Within minutes I felt comfortable and it certainly wasn't as painful as I thought and this was more than likely down to technique. Wont be going anywhere else!
I had my make up done by maddie.which I couldn't praise her anymore as she made me feel comfortable from the time I arrived to the time I left and did exactly what I asked for and the makeup stayed on from 5pm til 5am the next morning ,which was fantastic and would definitely come again 😊
Lily got me in at short notice to do my nails. She was lovely and did a great job. I would highly recommend her and the salon
Amelia and Lisa really looked after me: brand new nails and eyebrows. EDIT/ UPDATE Unfortunately I did notice some unevenness and patches in my eyebrows after the redness and swelling went down. Probably wouldn’t get my eyebrows done here again. Still, the service was friendly and nice.
