Great customer service! Dr Teles didn’t rush my questions. His exam was the most thorough I’ve ever had. Marc was super helpful, knowledgeable & patient with me while trying on dozens of frames. Couldn’t have found the perfect ones without him! Definitely will be back!
I recently had the best experience at Looking Glass Optical. Marc prepared me for my appointment with Dr.Teles with care. He listened to my needs and made me feel at ease. His customer service was on point. He communicated details with me and set me up in one call. Dr. Teles is a kind and gentle soul with a sense of humor, reducing any anxiety I was feeling in the office. Marc then assisted me in selecting the ideal frames for my round face and desire to be stylish! I absolutely adore my new glasses! I highly recommend this office for your eyes!
Great experience and selection of frames at Looking Glass Optical! Marc was very helpful with guiding me through their inventory of fashionable frames and fitted me with beautiful everyday frames plus I found amazing frames for RX sunglasses so I got those too! I’ve been seeing Dr. Teles since I was in middle school and now I’m an adult and it has always been a positive experience coming into the office! Dr. Teles is kind and very informative about your vision. I love my CRT lenses. I am so thankful to have such a great eye doctor!
Unreal exam by the super talented Doc- Dr Teles and my Tom Ford glasses Marc made me are so chic and more importantly my eyes literally feel like they’re having a spa day!
