If could give you zero stars, I would. They completely ruined our entire vacation and she owes me $2100.00 which I need back. They cancelled our flight home and told us we were booked on amother flight but they didn’t book them, and we were left in Japan with no tickets when she told us we were on our own. I paid $1800.00 for a round trip and never got my plane ride home. From across the world I had to RE-PURCHASE a ticket for another $2100.00 WITH MY OWN MONEY. How did you cancel my return flight and not book me another? And why would you not pay to get me home? How did you find it appropriate to leave me stranded in a foreign country? How is this business still in business? This travel agency is horrible, please, do not book with them. You are better off buying your flights direct or through Expedia so this company cannot ruin you.

I had the worst travel experience by getting my tickets through this company. The minute I paid for my booking they sent me my itinerary and then went back to cancel my booking and collect a refund on it. I checked online to upgrade and pay for a seat and I had no booking in the system. I had to send countless emails to them for the ticket to be reissued. This happened on both sectors. You can imagine my frustration!!! There were 3 of us and it happened to everyone of us. They kept telling us not to talk to the United Airlines customer service because they’re not properly trained. We saw the cancellations on the United Website and they kept lying to us that nothing had happened to our booking. Very, very unprofessional folks. I’m just waiting for them to come and reply and say this is false and I’ll be sure to post all emails and receipts. Don’t use them and if you do check your booking a day or two after making your payment!!!!!

We usually organize our conference ourselves but this time due to multiple cities in Europe, we decided to use a local travel agency. We didn't save a large amount, but It was helpful and convenient to make changes via Dupont Travel 24 hours a day, even by SMS ! That's a plus you usually do not receive with online booking services. Thanks Dupont Team.

Worst accounting dept. I've ever dealt with. Our company has used them for some time - when we had a discrepancy that appeared to be a double-charge in late 2018, we contacted them and asked them to look into it. dozens of emails and many months later we still have no answer, and have all but given up on getting one. Will not use them again.
