They welcome you when you enter the door. Plenty of food served quickly. Various choices of entrees on different days. I tried the bbq chicken, yams, and green beans. They keep your drink full.
I really enjoyed this place it was a full day with plenty to eat. They had several dishes to choose from. The waitress serve in and out. They will sit you at a table or assist you to your vehicle. Its like the high school cafeteria set up. Everyone greets you as you come in. If you are close by 65th street this is a good spot to eat.
Food is so good it's hard to decide what to order. I had pot roast with sweet potatoes and jalapeno cornbread it was great. I also had greens and they were the best ever. What a team! That's what makes it work. Keep it up!!! I hope to be back soon but I'm 2 hours away
We were unsure what we would experience, but the very gracious owner/manager and her staff helped us feel at ease immediately, and the food was more than to our liking! Best peach cobbler I've had in years, and I don't even particularly care for peach cobbler. Everything was fresh, hot, flavorful and made with love 💕🤩 And especially at reasonable prices, you can't find better anywhere in Little Rock! Signed, 3 travelers from Nashville 🥳😋
This place is legitimately the best southern food I've ever eaten. My best friend and I broke down nearby, and we came over to grab some food, not expecting much. We left an hour later after stuffing ourselves more full of steak, greens, corn bread, sweet tea, coffee, and pie than we thought possible... amazing food, amazing southern hospitality, and I would honestly make a trip back just to eat at this place again.
