Ro made my wedding day magical. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. My wedding would have been a nightmare if it weren’t for her proactive thinking and calm energy. She has an unorthodox approach that made me and my entire wedding party feel comfortable. She treats you like family. You can’t go wrong with her as your coordinator. I trusted everything she recommended and I have no regrets. She really is the best. Book her for your wedding/event(s). You can’t go wrong!
Rolanda was absolutely spectacular, I cannot recommend her as your wedding planner enough! She was extremely professional, kind, funny, helpful, and every other positive word you can think of. I seriously have absolutely zero complaints and there is not a single thing I would've changed about my wedding day. She made sure our special day was all about us and that we were well cared for, she ensured we had nothing to worry about while we relaxed and enjoyed making lifetime memories!
Hiring Ro as our Wedding Coordinator is the best decision we made in planning our wedding. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable in the industry but her fun and comforting personality is the perfect balance to make you feel reassured that you are in great hands. We were late to hire her, about 6 months before our wedding date. Since the get go she was helpful in vendor referrals and planning (technically outside the scope of our contracted services). She also attended our venue details meeting with us and asked questions we didn’t think to ask. In the months leading up to our big day we met (via phone) several times. Our accountability calls were critical in keeping this procrastinating bride and groom on track. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she became the point of contact for our vendors so we could focus on the items on our to do list. The day of, she took care of every detail for the venue and handled all hiccups that came up (which we weren’t even aware of until after the wedding). We truly felt we were able to enjoy our wedding, carefree, because we knew Ro would take care of anything that came up. Her amazing work was evident not only to us but also to our wedding party and guests. We received multiple compliments about Ro and the level of service she was providing throughout the day. We worked with Ro to pull off a surprise 1920s party for my mom’s fiftieth birthday. Throughout the entire process of planning, Ro was an absolute God-send. This party was a large and fairly extravagant event with the added stress of keeping it a secret from my mom, and with Ro’s help, it was perfect. She was enthusiastic about our ideas and connected us with the best vendors to make every aspect of the event possible. Ro stayed on top of every deadline and detail, and made the set-up and tear down of the event fluid and easy. She was available for conference calls and meetings on short notice and coordinated all of the meetings with vendors. Ro made sure we had a hands-on role in the planning but also alleviated the stress of handling the details once decisions were made. The party would not have been nearly as beautiful and fun, to be honest, it might not have been possible, without Ro. If you have any event coming up that you need assistance with, Ro is the best person to work with. I cannot wait to work with her again, and will definitely be hiring her as my wedding planner!
