Went to this shop to get feed in for my birthday.. I should have just bought a wig because the braider was first off late took her 5 hours or do some feed ins that were over priced and of poor quality I called the shop owner and sent her pics of the work that was done on my head She said it could be fixed contacted the braider to fix it and she had no appt till the day of my birthday and she didnt even fix them the right way I've been to this shop 3 times and all but one time did I like the work that was done on my head the braiders cut corners and there work iis totally poor quality They will not be getting a penny of my hard earned money and I'm warning you you shouldn't either
Save your money and find a more professional hair shop. I came for cornrolls straight back with natural hair (how do you mess that up?). She came late, braided them crooked and charged me 2x the price that we agreed on over the phone. It’s an embarrassment of what they stand for. Do better.
Had an appointment for my 4 yr daughter today at 10 AM. Get there and they said oh this is the little girl that Tisha has been reminding us about in a group chat all week. We are short-staffed can you come back at 12:30 pm. Bring my daughter back at 12:30 and she says if she sits still I can do her hair, if not I can't do it. I said she will sit. Then five minutes later she said nevermind we are overbooked I cannot do her hair today. I messaged Tisha yesterday, twice, to confirm this appointment. She responded at 11 p.m. and confirmed. I do not recommend this shop or these braiders AT ALL. complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. Black people have got to do better. Never will I recommend anyone to this shop.
They provide a walk in service unlike no other. I truly appreciated the flexibility after another Sacramento braider stood me up before heading out of town on vacation. I called Tisha’s braids and got in same day. I loved my hair!! The braids were gorgeous ! Definitely recommend them.
I made an appointment to extend my locs and showed up on time. Apparently the woman that was suppose to do my hair was running late(which she didn’t show up for another 40min). There were 2 other girls women in the shop that were asking each other who was going to do my hair. After a woman started on my head(which isn’t a full head, my sides are short) she tells me it’s $100...and the whispers in my ear...”next time you come just pay $45”....SHADY. So she does my hair and not that bad of a job but she definitely could’ve done better aside from pulling my hair too tight which made scabbing. So I make another appointment a month later and she doesn’t show up and another girl had to do my hair. I gave this team a few chances and they blew it, I no longer go there or recommend this place to anybody I care about.
