I have been working with Maid Day for several months and have been very pleased with their cleaning services and customer service in general. Communication has been stellar with the Team Manager and the teams always arrive promptly at the start time agreed upon. They also send a text when the team is on their way, which is a helpful touch! Scheduling is incredibly easy. I set up monthly cleanings, but when I've had to schedule an extra cleaning before having people over it's been effortless to do so. There are some slight variations in the way things are cleaned depending on the specific team that comes that day, but I've always been happy with the results. As busy working parents with two little ones, Maid Day's services have been a huge blessing to us!
The service was very affordable and the two ladies who came to clean, Mildred and Anna, were amazing! They were so efficient and did a wonderful job! I will definitely use this company again, and recommend it to others. Well done, ladies!
Little professionalism, they treat the people who work there badly, they do not know how to respect rules and simply because they do not have papers they take advantage of treating others badly and humiliating them. The boss does not know what respect or humility is since she does not consider that her employees take their lunch as it is and although they do not take it because she does not allow it, she deducts it from their check. And one who claims to be a manager when she is not, tries to humiliate the others and when they no longer want to work with them, they are not paid what corresponds to them. EN POCAS PALABRAS UNA BASURA DE COMPANIA.
Have been using Maid Day for over 6 months now and have had a great experience. They do an excellent job at consistently cleaning a large house. Easy to work with and confirms appointments through text message. Has been easy to make adjustments as needed.
The team today did an amazing job. It feels great coming home from work to a spotless house and even the kids notice the amount of care and extra effort the team took with cleaning today. Thank you!
