I’ve been seeing Boots (for color) and Coco (for cuts) since 2019 and the experience is top notch. My blonde color is always natural and bright. It grows out beautifully making the maintenance low. My cuts are always fresh and inspired without feeling overly trendy. Plus Boots and Coco are the perfect combo of glam and real making the time spent with them enjoyable and easy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for some hair love.
If you’re looking for a great new stylist, for cut and/or color, I would strongly suggest a couple of specific people at “Starring”, Ted Gibson’s salon. I started going to “Coco” (for cuts/styling) and “Boots” (for color) over a year ago. Both of them have a tremendous amount of passion and provide an entire “experience” for you. Starring is on La Brea near West Hollywood and Hollywood. I’m a pretty particular individual… and have been nothing but happy with Coco and Boots.
I was lucky to happen on Boots and Coco almost one year ago. I receive so many compliments on the color and the cut is always just perfect. Highly recommend this duo the results are always brilliant
The Salon It’s a relief to see a salon take the actual experience to another level—the interior design and lighting make a world of difference when it comes to anything beauty and this new minimal, modern space has that. The Stylist I’ve had many haircuts by Michael before for all the very reasons you stick with the same stylist in the first place: Cut quality, ability to listen to what I need, and for making me feel comfortable. The Owners Having only met one of the owners so far, Jason. He’s super nice; exactly the type of person you want running your business.
I have never rated anything on Google but my experience with Michael at Starring by Ted Gibson was so beyond excellent that I couldn't share appreciation enough! For starters the salon it's self is amazing but the the hair cut I received from Michael is unparallel to any I have ever had. Aside from the fact that I looked amazing the day it was cut, I actually love it even more everyday. A truly amazing haircut takes very little effort to style the way you like and will make your morning easier. This salon and their as was as Michael are bound to reach celebrity status. Don't miss out on the experience!
