Absolutely incredible place. I’ve visited 6 times in total now over the course of two years, and love it every single time that I go. The actors and attractions are amazing, and even after knowing what to expect after so many visits, I still get the best scares! The toilets are clean and tidy, and the food is decent quality. If you’re planning to go however, make sure you wrap up warm and wear wellington boots as it can get muddy! Doing the entire place on a busy nice can take around 3-4 hours, so it’s well worth the money.
We went last night would definitely recommend, some the attractions were scarier than others but overall a really good night , just a. Tip don't wear hairspray my hair got caught half way through an attraction but the actor helped me get loose 😂
What a fantastic night. We arrived for half six and left around 9:30. We had time to do all 7 mazes and grab something to eat. The mazes are all really good and the actors are brilliant. We've done other scare mazes at parkss such as Alton Towers in the past but all felt that the shares actors here were better. Would recommend for anyone with brave tweens. Not for scaredy cats!
The best scare attraction I’ve been to by far! Amazing atmosphere and the actors are so so good. Only thing I’d recommend for people going is a raincoat for the hayride😂
Having visited over 70 scare attractions across the UK and Europe, this one ranks lowest, by a considerable way. The attractions are cheap in theming. A lot of blank walls throughout. Attractions lack atmosphere, with a lack of background audio, working smoke machines and lighting. Groups are batched in huge numbers. And the signage leaves a lot to be desired. Actors were questionably hands on, to the point I would deem inappropriate.. which I have never experienced, even in 'extreme' attractions, which is very concerning. This place gets decent numbers, charges high prices and is incredibly low in production value. This site has so much potential, so it's a real shame the standards are this low. If you're in the north west, there's lots of other fantastic scare events that deserve your hard earned cash!
