Tried to reschedule an appointment for the next day they wanted to charge me half and then on top of half another full price for treatment for another day. They called it a cancel when in reality it was a reschedule for the next day no money loss. Their policy makes no sense and Im reporting them for taking my money.
I recently got a membership and am extremely satisfied. All of the massage therapists are excellent. The facility is very clean and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend. Membership policies and terms were clearly discussed before I joined.
I had the soothing recovery facial and I must say Victoria was an absolute God-send. She gave me the best relaxing facial I could dream of! Super sweet and soft spoken and i came out GLOWING! I would definitely come again!
Initially, I was excited to support this business. I signed up for the ultimate membership $129 per month. I wanted a Massage the very next day. However, when I called back, I was informed the Massage that I was signed up for was 50 minutes although I paid for 100 minimum massage. I agreed to reschedule massage for later in the week for whatever was available. When the time came, I overslept and received a call that half of the credit would be deducted and that I would have to keep the membership for three months before I was able to cancel. I received a call from the owner and he was very rude. He told me that he would take 100% of the credit to pay the masseuse, for lost time. I was in a rush when I signed up for my membership so I was not briefed that I needed to have the membership for three months before I can cancel. PLEASE BE AWARE. Needless to say, the owner was unwilling to make any accommodations and because of his attitude, tone and the way he handled the situation, I did not wish to partake in any future services. Life happens and that’s not how you do business.
Sent my wife here for a prenatal massage and she loved their process and pricing
