A local gem. Lauren has very good technique. I received a 60 min massage. Lauren is very talented and the time and attention she gives to the patient both for physical and mental well being is outstanding. She is intuitive, very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure as needed. She is very professional and was able to effectively relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. I feel renewed and relaxed after every session with her and I look forward to scheduling many more massages with her again.
Lauren gives an amazing massage. She was careful to listen to my needs and expectations for my massage. I love that there is a dedicated space in her home for her massages. The room is clean, tranquil and relaxing. The sheets were luxurious and felt very comfortable. Hot stones, hot towels and an eye mask were all incorporated and so appreciated. Lauren’s touch and pressure were spot on and she checked in with me regularly to insure my comfort. I was able to relax and let the stress melt away. She finished my experience with cool cucumber water and it was just what I needed. I look forward to my next massage with Lauren.
I LOVE working with Lauren. She is very kind and professional, and obviously cares about what YOU want out of your session, which is HUGE. Lauren can do deeper tissue work, as well as float through a relaxation massage, and she's always coming up with ways to enhance the experience like hot stones or parafin wax. I have always been satisfied with this bodywork! Great Massage, Great Therapist!

Lauren reached out at just the right moment and fit me in last minute and it was everything I needed and more! She is very attentive and wants to ensure you get the most out of your appointment. She took mental notes of my problems areas, could feel the inflammation and the tension and worked on spots without me even having to say anything. She's extremely kind and very professional.
