Went to the address that is suggested on Google and found the abandoned building in the picture. Looked in the next buildings to see a sign similar to the photos posted nothing. Asked even people for the next door buildings and they told us they donβt know of any luggage area. We called the number and the prerecorded message suggested that we first need to book online and then we will have the exact location. I am sorry but what?! π ββοΈ why a legit business would do that? I need to see where I will leave my stuff before paying. For me is a no no. Just leave your luggage at the train station or even your hotel. For me the whole information and instructions where a waste of time. Thankfully I didnβt prepaid.
We stayed at an air bnb. Check out was at 11AM but our flight was at 6PM. Iβve never used a service like this before so I was skeptical. But $15 for 2 bags was not bad. Once we reserved we got the location to a hotel. When I walked in they knew exactly what I was talking about. We scanned our Barcode at the front desk and left our luggage with the bell desk. A few hours later they scanned us at check out and we took a lyft from the hotel. It was smooth and easy. Next time we are staying at an air bnb without a car we will check bounce for local spots to keep our luggage.
Overall a very useful service but could use some improvements. There's no signage to show where to go. You can only book through the app, not with the clerk at the location - the desk clerk was very helpful when I tried to book and it kept diverting me to a different location.
Quick and easy to leave your luggage. No hassle. Upon returning the people there were very friendly and made sure we got our luggages correctly. Very sweet and Attentive.
The service and price ($7.55 total, including taxes) were very good, and I appreciated that I could adjust the timings of the storage after I initially booked the luggage storage service. There was just a bit of a delay in getting my bag. I wasn't clear on which counter to go to first, and I was under the impression from the morning that I would just have to show a picture of the tag attached to my baggage (maybe a misunderstanding on my part). When I was told I had to first show my QR code, I didn't have that ready, and the lady at the counter had to step away to attend to something else. When she came back, things went pretty smoothly.
