Excellent quality choices in traditional and trendy colors. Some top brands/styles and fair prices. I got a black lab coat that fits really well and is sharp-looking. Jackie is very professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend And it will save you the exorbitant shipping prices from the online companies.
The store could be bigger, but the location is convenient. I was actually able to find what I needed. The store associate was helpful.
The owner can be a little off putting and come off as pushy. But she means well and is super helpful. I got everything I needed and she really is a nice person. Just take it with a grain of salt. Thank you Scrubs Plus!
Terrible place to purchase work scrubs from. Selection is slim to none and prices are outrageous. Customer service and employee communication also lacks. Was told IN STORE while making a SPECIAL ORDER that my order could be cancelled at any point and completely refunded if I just called the number on the receipt. I called the following day to cancel my order because I realized the cost was so astronomical at their store and I could find cheaper, better options online. The lady on the phone took all my information and then proceeded to tell me "sorry I can't do the refund, I will leave a note for my manager to do it tomorrow and you will get your refund immediately." The next day I never received the refund and called again to be told, "we can not give you a refund until the order gets to our store since we already placed it." Mind you the order HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED. I said "so you're telling me that I was told I could call and cancel at any point, I called and was told it would be cancelled today and it was not, and now I can't cancel and get my refund for up to 10 days?" She hung up to call her manager and called me back to say, "my manager says no one left her a note and that she will do it tomorrow for you and you will get your refund." Absolute awful customer service, will never recommend this store or purchase from them again. Online is much more affordable and reasonable.
