This business needs a more helpful and more compassionate person answering their phones, the negativity on her tone is beyond bad, maybe the Therapist are amazing but she made it too complicated to even schedule an appointment. Please reasure her that she is working with people seeking for help and might be in a bad situation so therefore she needs to be more nicer and compassionate.
The woman on the phone was very helpful in getting me the necessary information to get an appointment. All the therapist there are very kind and helpful. The office seems very welcoming and the process of getting an appointment and attending the appointment is very quick and easy.
