These cheesecakes are a destructive force of nature, they are that good. The blueberry cheesecake was sooo fresh the berries just bursted in your mouth! That original is die for it think and creamy with the perfect gram cracker crust. If I ever need a cheesecake in the bay I k ow for sure who I am calling! Thanks for sending my taste buds on a trip! This review was about 5 years ago and since then have still been buying these amazing cheesecakes and victor has branched out to more areas to spread his amazing cheesecakes. I try to catch him at the San Ramon farmers market when I can to try some of the 3 inches sizes or just to get my cheesecake fix. His cheesecakes have been a staple in all my family gathering and will continue to be.
SF East Bay. Not a fan of cheesecake but Reuschelle’s might just change my mind! Saw their stall at the Castro Valley Saturday Farmers Market & bought two mini’s for $15. The mini’s look exactly like mini’s but I found it pretty filling. Absolutely loved the ube cheesecake which had that distinct ube flavor, not toned down. The other flavor we got was the maple peach bourbon which tbh we were not into & I think the bourbon needed to cook down some more. We’ll definitely try other flavors!
Delicious cheesecakes! I have struggled to find a good one in the Bay Area, but these are the real deal! So creamy with a perfect graham cracker crust! Love the original, key lime, and blackberry jam! Must try if you love cheesecake!
These are, quite literally, the best cheesecakes I’ve ever tasted. Maybe just the best cakes, period. They are the kind of dessert where you just want to disappear and enjoy it in secret so no one witnesses your rapture. And so you don’t have to share. We purchased one (maple peach bourbon) for my mom’s birthday, and we literally all sat in silence, wordlessly enjoying it because we were all left speechless. Even my three year old, which is a feat. There were pieces of peach in the cheesecake! Delicious.
At the end of the day; they made me a cheesecake that tasted like a cocktail in the best ways possible. Victor is doing great work and I’m excited to share their desserts with everyone I know.
