My dad was at Regency West for a little more than 2 weeks and he was given the best care possible by these amazing nurses, Sharon, Leonard, Tamera, Amelia, Deisy & Trish. The CN's, Bill, Shelby, Ebonie & Mary were also the best when it comes to attending to my dad when needed. The receptionists, especially Cailin, was always welcoming and kind. The awesome therapists that worked with my dad as well were so encouraging and very helpful. Thank you guys for doing what you do. For being passionate and really caring for your patients! I'm giving 4 stars because there isn't a perfect facility. There were very few concerns we had with some nurses and staff. We were there every single day so we didn't have a really bad experience and we were very involved with his care plans. Overall, we had a good experience with Regency West! HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE! It is not easy and we are amazed by your dedication.
My brother in law was a patient at Regency West and our family couldn’t have been happier with the care. He has some dietary issues and the Director of Food Services was very accommodating. She was very pleasant and personable as well and listened and cared about his needs. Everything at Regency was taken into account from rehab to diet.

My daughter was a patient at Regency after a car accident. The nurses there were so wonderful and she received better care at Regency than at a major hospital in our area. They took their time making sure all of her needs AND wants had been met. She progressed quicker than expected and I know it’s because of the care she received at RW. Thats a perk of being a smaller hospital. She also had strict dietary needs on top of what the doctors had put her on. Amy in food services took it very seriously and made she was getting the proper nutrition, critical for her healing.
