Terrible experience. When I booked the appointment I asked for the salon owner eve. When I get there it’s a different person braiding my hair. You guys could have let me know. If I wouldn’t have asked I would have never knew. The lady didn’t even introduce herself to me with her name. Shop was dirty. When it was time to pay they tried charging me full price. I told them I payed a $25 deposit already… which she should have known. It’s just really unorganized. My hair could have came out better. I had to fix some areas when I got home. 100% don’t recommend. I will never come back.
I just did my hair today and i am more than satisfied. Very professional, the hairdressers are very friendly and smiling. Always making sure that if it is the hair style i had ask. If I am ok with the size. Basically making sure if I am happy with my hair and I really appreciate that. I will definitely share my experience around. Thank you Eve
Pretty Star Brading is absolutely amazing. I was able to book a very last minute appointment online for my daughter. When I arrived the ladies in the shop were friendly and dressed professionally. My daughter and I felt welcome and comfortable. Our Braider Nancy was super sweet, knowledgable, and had wonderful suggestions for my daughter's hair. My daughter's hair turned out beautifully ....surprisingly not too tight or pulling. I will definately go back again and again. Plus I accidently over paid and was promptly contacted and reimbursed...Where does that happen? I love Nanacy and Pretty Star Braiding. Book your appointment now!
