Lynn did everything perfectly and more! Showed up on time and everything was just the way I wanted it. Hanging wisteria on arbor, chandelier on arbor, white chairs, silver chiavari chairs, lights spiraling columns, and drapes between columns with lights. GORGEOUS! Rate 11/5 stars, def recommend!
We used Polished for the decor at our wedding at the Hotel Concord (their sister company) in May 2022 and had a GREAT experience. We met with Lynn and Sarah about a year out for the consultation and vision and selected all our decorations and design. The process was SO smooth and the polished team is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything looked phenomenal at the venue and I appreciated their expertise and guidance. I will definitely be sure to use them for events in the future and I would highly recommend them!
Lynn Neal is simply awesome. She has designed and decorated all of my daughters weddings. We gave her a theme and she did an amazing job designing. The decor was elegant and tasteful. Lynn is professional as well as her staff, and she communicated often throughout the process.
