Fiona is AMAZING !! I first met her during our initial consultation. I had never colored my hair before and was nervous about how it would turn out. I also didn’t have a regular salon or stylist and I was worried about a stylist I had never worked with before doing my hair. Within 2 minutes of meeting her, Fiona put me at ease and squashed any lingering apprehension. What stood out to me was that not only was she immensely knowledgeable, but she was also incredibly kind and welcoming. I booked an appointment with her on the spot. And I am so glad I did!! Fiona’s salon is full of so much amazing energy and is a beautiful space, perfect to feel comfortable and relaxed in. We spent the entire appointment chatting and laughing. She also took the time to explain each step in detail to me, which made me feel completely calm and engaged with the process. This was huge for me because I had never let any color touch my hair before and was super nervous. I was also worried about my hair feeling dry or coarse as a result of the lightener, but because Fiona went out of her way to apply a smoothing hair treatment, my hair had never felt healthier. Fiona is quite literally a hair whisperer and I left totally in love with my new hair !! I’m really thankful to have found her and am super excited for many more visits!
Went to Fiona couple of weeks ago. She was great at trying to understand how my hair was handled before so she could provide me the best service. She was really amazing and explained everything in detail, she even added extra highlights to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Her salon is also very stylish. She makes you feel totally at home. Her knowledge and energy is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my hair.
I went to Fiona 2 days ago to get a hair cut, color correction, and highlights. I expected to connect with her and just have an amazing experience, however, it was not like that. I found her rude and hard a struggle to talk to. She was extremely dry while other stylists were friendly with their clients. She kept on judging my hair. I had used a Groupon since I was a first time customer but she did not explain what type of hair cut it included. So she did not do the haircut I wanted. Overall, I liked the result of my hair just that it could had been better. I understand my hair did not turn out how it was because of how I had permanent hair color but she could had been friendlier since that is her job as a profesional hair stylist.
Fiona was incredible. I have been looking for a hair stylist for awhile now and I wasn’t disappointed. I have mixed hair so have always struggled with knowing how to take care of it properly. Fiona took the time to teach me how to maintain my hair and make sure it’s the healthiest it can be. I had a wonderful experience. She is a kind soul and truly loves and is gifted in what she does. I look forward to my continued hair journey with her. :)
