Opulence is beautiful so clean and fresh! Owners are the nicest people! We came on Mother’s Day and I had Heidi for a deep tissue Massage … it was one of the best Massages I have ever had!! This is truly a place I will come back to often! ❤️
Made an appointment for a couple massage in their Salt cave. This was a first time experience and thought it would be unique. Had no problem making an appointment, called early in the week for a weekend spot. Also had special requests that were accommodated. There were some unforeseen scheduling issues which caused a little confusion and caused us to run a little later then expected but in the end the place was nice and cozy, the masseurs were very good, the Salt cave was very relaxing, and although not knowing what to expect, we were very comfortable with the experience. To our surprise, after our session, the owners offered a complimentary couples session for one of their other Salt cave therapies because of the scheduling delay. Very nice gesture on their behalf and we appreciated the offer. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.
This place is an absolute gem. The owner is sweet and accommodating. Yesterday I had a reiki massage with Heidi. She has great hands. I was so tense when I got there and left calm and at peace. My whole body was vibrating and full of warmth during the reiki massage. It was an incredible experience. I highly recommend! I also had a parrafin wax hand treatment and my hands came out so soft. Love this place.
Disgusting. Chad had body odor and sandpaper hands. I highly doubt he’s licensed and I am looking him up on NYS website. No technique. Dirty rug when walked in. Dingy robes. Mismatched flip flops. The salt cave was hokey and bags of salt from Home Depot dumped on the floor do not constitute a salt cave. This is a parlor. Not a spa. UN OPULENCE. The opposite. Disgusting. Shame on me for staying with my mom and sister. Out over 400 for three massages and a facial with tips. Natalie was lovely but was aware of many complaints about chad and shame shame shame on the owner for keeping him on staff in the capacity of a masseuse. I thought they were short staffed and literally took a man off the streets to massage me…actually that would have been better.
Amazing all around. So friendly from the moment I stepped in. The front desk was a delight, my massage from Lisa was one of the best. The only one who helped my lower back pain. The spa is beautiful and the owners are so sweet. I will definitely be returning.
