Jamiesha was amazing! The music was so relaxing and the conversation was fun. I got the Pumpkin Bliss facial and I feel absolutely rejuvenated. My skin is glowing! It's so soft. I just feel so pretty and like I don't even need to wear foundation.
I came to Jamiesha for dermaplaning. I had never had a facial like that before and was not sure what to expect. She was communicative and answered several questions I had via text before I ever arrived. As soon as I walked in to her space the day of my appointment, she put me at ease. Her space is clean, neat and inviting. She asked me what kind of music I might enjoy during our session. Jamiesha is easy to talk with. During the 90-minute session, she struck just the right balance of engaging in conversation and quiet time. The session itself was very relaxing and my skin glowed for days after! I was so pleased with the results. Jamiesha recommended a couple of products for me to use--in particular, a spray sunblock that I can't believe I ever lived without! I was so happy with my experience, I brought my best friend in for a birthday facial a week later! I look forward to the next time I can come see Jamiesha for another treatment. She is a gem!
I went to get a facial from Jamiesha recently and had an incredible experience. Her space is super clean and sleek. She also assured me that she had taken all of the precautions to clean and sanitize her studio which is imperative during these times! I got a lactic acid peel which left my skin feeling so smooth and hydrated! I had never had a facial with extractions, because I was scared to get red marks, but she was so skillful and gentle! I only trust her with my skin now. Jamiesha is knowledgeable and really creates an experience where exactly what you need is taken into consideration. I learn something new about taking of my skin every time I come back. She's major! Book a facial w her ASAP if you can. You won't regret it.
Great experience! It was a little weird for me at first, being a guy and booking my first facial but Jamiesha greeted me at the entrance to Salon Republic and walked me in. I didn't know what to expect from the facial but she went over the whole skincare history/waiver stuff before explaining the whole treatment. I recommend Onyx Skyn to anyone who wants to turn a 60 min nap into beauty sleep!
Jamiesha has the hands of angel!! For the past few months, I've been experiencing breakouts and congestion in my skin. I just left my first appointment and my skin already looks and feels ten times better! My skin feels so plump and healthy. She really takes her time to understand your skin and target your concerns. The products she uses feel and smell amazing and the overall experience was sooo relaxing. She's great conversation and I can tell she truly cares about her clients and taking care of their skin.
