Always so kind and quick service. I got the veggie sandwich this time around and it was just what I needed to start my day off right. The bread should be called "cloud"-atta, it had so much loft and was so fresh. Next time I am in, I need to try one of their signature drinks. If you are in the area, support these lovely people
Top marks for food, service, vibe and...coffee! I went for lunch two days in a row during a conference and had fresh delicious meals, and a cappuccino as a treat that I don't usually order. Everything was flavorful and worth returning for. I wish I had pictures to share! I sat both inside and outside. I loved that the outside tables were under umbrellas and it was easy for a group of us to sit together indoors or out. The thing I would make sure I had next time was a brownie. Mouthwateringly good! The Sistah Scifi vending machine is also a special feature of this cafe.
Hands down my favorite spot in Oakland! I’ve worked out of here a bunch and every time I’ve enjoyed the surroundings and the food. Love that it’s unprentious despite being in commercial building. The bake everything in house so the pastries are incredible, and I love the black and brown latte.
Good for a quick morning breakfast. The black and brown latte is delicious.
A great space to hang out and read or do some work. It was relatively quiet when I went. Unpretentious, solid latte making, and a large selection of pastries that (I think) they make there. The chocolate chip cookie was EXCELLENT
