Mosaic Transportation provided seamless shuttle service between our wedding ceremony and reception venues in Mill Valley at the end of July 2023. Mosaic provided three 25-person shuttles with professional and kind drivers that picked up and transported around 100 of our guests (roundtrip), along a tricky and narrow route within Mill Valley. From when we first reached out to Mosaic, we worked with Jennifer who was so patient and thoughtful in working with our limited budget and going back and forth via email and over a call to see what options would work with both our budget and the size limitations of our wedding venue. Once we finalized the shuttle details, Jennifer was very responsive in ensuring that we had our manifests and driver info right away. We also had a last minute request where we asked for one of the shuttles to pick up guests from a separate location and Jennifer immediately accommodated our request. On the day of our wedding, it was very helpful to receive live updates via email on when the shuttle drivers had arrived (especially since they were arriving at separate locations and on a staggered schedule). This definitely alleviated some of our day-of stress. As named earlier, the drivers were incredibly professional, kind to our guests, and seamlessly navigated the narrow route. We will want to give a special shout out to our on-site coordinator, Iris, who offered up her own car as a place for the bride and groom to wait prior to the ceremony. We couldn’t wait on a shuttle nearby the location (due to parking limitations), so Iris immediately offered up her own car to wait prior to the ceremony and also to personally transport us after the ceremony. This was truly unexpected and so kind of the team to offer, and added so much to our special day! For anyone looking for event-related transportation, we would strongly recommend working with Mosaic for their professionalism and personalized touch!
Great service, and they have drivers that are great people. I take a shuttle everyday to work, and my driver Vaneet not only drives well, he’s always friendly, and makes an effort to ensure that every passenger’s comfortable. I’ve almost missed the shuttle countless times, but Vaneet actually notices me standing there and makes sure I get on the shuttle in time. He does this with everyone, while somehow also managing to be on time every day. Thanks Vaneet!
The driver got a bit lost on the way to the ceremony, so some of our family members missed the family portraits. Definitely budget extra time. I wish they had told me they thought it wasn’t enough time when we were coordinating the schedule with them.
Our group of 25 spent two days driving around San Francisco with Ron and he made sure we had an awesome time. He took us to all the best sites and had plenty of jokes and interesting SF tidbits to keep us entertained. The service was very professional and we managed to get everywhere on time even with the constant stragglers. I’d definitely look to book this company (and Ron!) next time I’m in the city.
I had the pleasure of working with Brewster's and I remember well the Mosaic's start. It was step by step, day after day. Their first location; then the second... On my wedding day, their limousine's chauffeur was already waiting to take us (sister, friends and me) to the City Hall and after that, to bring us back home. It was the most wonderful and loving gift I could have received. Sure, not forgetting to mention the cake at their house. I'm very proud of them for having succeeded. They worked hard to get where they are, placing God always first. I love you, my friends!
