My sister and I went into the store last month to look for a bridesmaid dress for myself. Her wedding is in July so we know we are cutting it close. We went in there and they asked what we were shopping for and we told them. The said she didn't feel comfortable with ordering me a dress since it is so close. Which was fine. She said we can check in the back and see what they have that can be bought off the rack. As my sister and I were looking we heard them rudely say and also seen them counting on their fingers how many months it is away from the wedding. They also said we should have known better than to wait until now. I felt awful. I just wanted to leave right away. I will never recommend this place to anyone. All they had to do was leave it at they didnt feel comfortable ordering me a dress.
Went here for my first wedding dress shopping appt a few months ago. Trying on dresses for the first time is a little overwhelming but the ladies who work here were very helpful and made me feel comfortable. Since it was my first appointment I was mostly just looking to figure out what style I liked, and they didn’t pressure me/make me feel like I had to decide that day. They helped me narrow down what silhouette and style I wanted. The shop has a good selection of dresses for a store that looks a little small from the outside. Inside is open, bright, and well organized
Beautiful dresses, amazing customer service, great attention, nice place. They have an amazing idea to track the dresses so no one can buy the same dress as you for the same party
I am not one to write bad reviews online, but I was not pleased with this shop. I was fitted for a tux, and picked it up before the wedding. I should have looked to make sure everything was included, but when I was changing for the wedding the day of, there were two shirts and no trousers. Right before the wedding was going to take place, I had to zoom down to the shop and ask for my trousers. I gave them the bigger shirt of the two back. When I got to the hotel, and tried on the shirt that I kept, I noticed that it was still too big and not properly fitted. Because I was a part of the wedding party, it was important. I went back to the shop 15 minutes before the wedding asking for a smaller shirt. They said that is the smallest that they have in the store on-hand. So, I had to make due. For the price they asked for a tailored suit, the attention to detail was not there.
Super friendly and helpful staff, willing to help with everything. Purchased my beautiful prom dress, jewelry, and shoes from here, and I am genuinely satisfied. As most know, North Dakota doesn't have many options for things, so I was definitely hesitant to go to a bridal shop here, concerned that it would be lackluster, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Wide selection of dresses for prom, and even more for weddings, of course. I had a great time.
