Friendly and helpful staff. Store Manager was exceptionally upbeat and nice. Plenty of selection on hair dyes. Other items are hit or miss if the have them or a good selection. Surprised the shampoo we like only had 1 option but there were 5 different conditioners in the product line. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. Especially nice at this time of the year. We will return.
Just went to Sally’s to get bleach and developer like, I normally do when I run out, and I happened to have a question about toner! Naijah was extremely helpful and a wealth of information!! She recommended me the Wella toner with its corresponding developer, and a Raw Sugar hair boost for after bleach treatment for my damaged hair. I love going to this Sally’s but it was awesome to have my questions answered :)
I went into Sally Beauty Supply located in Culpeper Virginia, looking for hair products. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the store manager (Naijah). I have never met this lady before in my life, but she was so helpful, and knowledgeable! I don't write reviews very often, but good customer service is rare these days, and I really do appreciate the excellent customer service! Thank you!
I went to Sally's Beauty Supply in Culpeper, Virgina on Sunday, September 13th, 2020. I arrived at 4:54 pm, and when I got to the front door, I was rudely approached by "Maria" a sales representative, Informing me, as a she opened the store door, " Oh we close in 5 minutes" I informed her that I was clearly aware of this. As I was getting out my Covid mask, I told her I knew exactly what I was going to purchase, she literally Blocked the front door, so I could not enter the store. I informed Maria that she lost at least a $50 sale! I will never go to that Sallys again. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and when I told her I would take my business elsewhere, she laughed at me! I will be following up in this matter. When I called the store immediately from the parking lot, Christine/Cristina...answered and I asked for the other associates name and needed the corporate phone number, she put me on hold, and then I got hung up on Needless to say, rude people arent needed.
Best place ever. All the girls are extremely friendly. For advice Id ask only the ONE Manager that is there for years, I am not sure if she is the owner. As for the rest of the young girls they are not good at giving hair color advice. Either way they always have all I need. I dye my hair every month with their amazing products.
