First time I went I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes, but I didn't complain even though I had an appointment that I was on time for. I figured I wouldn't hold it against them and give them another try. Today, I come for my appointment with washed and blowed dry hair and the lady attempted to charge me $20 to blow dry my hair again. Oh hell naw! I spent three hours washing, detangling and blow drying my hair so why da fuc would I pay $20 for someone to do what I already did?? The picture attached is how my NATURAL hair looked when they wanted to charge me $20 to blow-dry before getting 4 cornrows. They must think I'm a fool! Never again!!!
You won't find better quality hair or large selection anywhere else! They are always open and have evening hours too. Book online, very good people. Great value! She makes your hair dreams come true!
This lady is Amazing!! I'm so glad I found her!! This hair is intense!! I had no idea what I was getting in to but as expected it was awesome and my hair turned out SO GOOD!! I'll definitely be going back to have them redone when needed. Amazing selection of hair and all different types/lengths/colors. Not to mention the skill level is TOP! I'm excited to go back!! Very happy.
I really like this place,butvthe one thing i dont like is that if they dont understand the hair style dont do it or if you see a picture find the right judgment base on the person head and hair.
Lynda the owner is not customer service oriented and doesn't know how to talk to customers. She takes offense to comments or criticism from clients and gets and attitude when being corrected. Her staff does good work but Lynda needs to work on her people skills if she's going to run a business.
