What a blessing that we found Chef Cooper of Krafted Culture when we did. He answered our call at 7 pm and was on top of it. He also remained accessible outside of business hours throughout the time we worked together. On that first call, he asked us all about the wedding we envisioned and was confident he could add to our island theme. Within a few days we had his quote and were planning for a tasting with him. We were very pleased about the tasting because Cooper showed care and thought by setting up a nice atmosphere and allowing time for us to take notes in private. We had had several tastings before the one with him, so we appreciated that it felt perfect. The sauces he makes from scratch are delicious! You could really taste that they are made from scratch and feel Cooper’s pride in them. We decided on kalua pork for our menu and multiple guests shared that they went back for seconds and thirds at the wedding buffet. My husband would have kept eating it except that he always got pulled in all the directions. We also appreciated that he had his staff serve us plates while we had a minute to make sure we were fed on our big day. More things Cooper offers besides food are bartending, photo booth, and linen / dishware rental, how impressive is that! 5 out of 5 recommend Krafted Culture for your event!
Working with Chef Cooper was truly a delight. I needed a caterer for an upscale event at a private resort for 270 people...and I only had a few weeks to pull it off. Chef Cooper and his team stepped up and took the challenge. He was professional and thorough during our initial consultation. Communication was top notch and I never had to worry that we weren't on the same page. The food was delicious and my guests raved about it. I appreciate Chef Cooper keeping in mind the dietary needs of some of our guests, as well. His staff was friendly, outgoing and professional. I was beyond impressed by how they were able to create an excellent culinary experience for my guests in a relatively short period of time. I highly recommend Krafted Culture Catering and will be using them again in the future.
I'm very happy to say this is my 2nd time having Krafted Culture cater my event! Thank you Chef Cooper for your friendly and prompt service- even on a Saturday, the busiest day for Krafted Culture. I was down to the wire deciding on where to get my food from for my husband's party which was only a week a way! You literally saved my husband's 50th bday party and lowered my stress levels! When throwing a party, aside from the people, the food is on the top of the list. You created a delicious menu the next day and the pricing was around what I requested as well. We had chef Cooper cater our bachelor/bachelorette party at Khyra Beaucrest Ranch. They were very accommodating and our guests LOVED the food. Honestly so good!! We did an appetizer spread for a casino night and everyone raves about the food.
We had Krafted Culture come to our client appreciation event in Claremont and they were great! The pricing was better than any other company I could find, the variety of gluten free and vegan options on top of their already delicious items to choose from was the cherry on top! And of course the service was great, from replenished cheese boards, tray service, a small buffet service, hydration station to bussing and taking the trash out to the dumpsters while it was pouring rain! Quality service, I would highly recommend Krafted Culture for an event like the one that we had. Chef Cooper was professional and easy to get in touch with which is invaluable when coordinating a large event. Thank you for helping our event go off without a hitch!
