I bought tape-ins and its THE WORST HAIR EVER. It’s hard and nappy! I wore it for one week and the tape ins are not reusable ! So not only is the hair bad, the two is BAD!! The owner is so unprofessional she did not even refund me. If your reading this I have your hair and I want to send it back to get my money! What a waste ! Dnt buy people! Scams!

My daughter bought hair from this company and it was TERRIBLE. She purchased tape in Extensions. This hair was hard, frizzy. The tape was LOW QUALITY and damage. The owner has yet to send my daughter new extensions or send refund. Do not waste your money buying this LOW GRADE hair!

Normally, I don't post reviews, whether they're good or bad, but this one was just too bad to ignore. There is nothing professional about the owner of this hair company. The owner lacks communication, which is consistent with other posts. She confirmed that hair would be delivered during a particular time frame, but didn't deliver it or follow through with communication. The issue is not just communication, but also integrity. Despite her assurances, she never refunded me. PayPal was contacted to intervene on my behalf. Despite numerous attempts via email, she never responded. It is understandable that life happens. However, her level of unprofessionalism is unprecedented. Don't bother with this company. You'll regret the inconvenience. Other reviews confirm the foolery. Huntee chile... Jesus take the wheel

I bought a frontal from Keela Hair and received the wrong item (curly instead of straight) First I waited almost 2 months to receive the hair, which I was ready to understand given I ordered early December (post black Friday, before Christmas....) Thinking about it, past 4 weeks it becomes very long. But the reason I'm finally posting a review is that despite numerous emails, I'm yet to receive a reply about receiving the wrong product. I'm not even talking about a resolution, not even a simple reply to acknowledge the issue at hand. I paid $200 for a product I can't use. There are many vendors out there. I took a chance on this one because the hair was raw, and I thought "why not support them". It's the last time! There are bigger companiest that actually know what they're doing, have the necessary logistics together and deserve our trust. Tired of hair businesses getting into services they can't handle. Please stick to what you know and do best!
