This is a gem in Martinez! The whole experience was amazing. I did the infrared sauna and salt room. I loved it so much, I immediately booked my next visit. The owners are incredibly sweet, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend.
Incredible addition to Martinez. Owners are amazing & welcoming. The infrared sauna has great health benefits & the owners provide everything you need to clean up & refresh afterwards. Their newest addition the Himalayan salt room is so relaxing & beautiful! Highly recommend InsideOut Spa to everyone!
This is such an amazing place! I typically have such a hard time relaxing, but after my very first treatment I had the absolute best night's sleep of my life! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they really know how to get you into a place of bliss. Cannot recommend InsideOut Spa enough - once you try it, you won't stop going back!
LOVED this experience. It was so soothing & relaxing to be in the sauna. My favorite part was customizing the music playlist & having the freedom to leave for fresh air whenever I needed. Angela & Martin are amazing people, so friendly & warm. I’ll be back soon!
