I had a very positive experience with The Exquisite Bride. First of all, they have a huge selection of gorgeous dresses to choose from. Danette was so helpful and knowledgeable, a very experienced professional, I felt in very good hands. She checked on the shipping date to be sure my dress would be in on time before ordering it. Dana, the seamstress, was excellent. She added something to help my dress fit better and it was beautiful and practical. The dress I chose was beautiful and very unique. I highly recommend this shop!
I had a wonderful experience this past weekend looking for my wedding dress. I fell in love with a beautiful gown that I truly cannot wait for it to come in. The woman that worked with me for my appointment was excellent. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, did not pressure me in any way into purchasing anything in particular. She kept saying it was all up to me. I previously shopped here when they used to sell prom gowns and found a dress then as well. It was lovely to come back and successfully find another gown!
I went here to find a dress for my son's wedding. I was so lucky to have an appointment with the manager that day! Her son had just gotten married the weekend before. So she was awesome to work with! I brought my sister and best friend who both no my style. I'm happy to say that I got the First dress I tried on!!! We were in and out in under an hour and that was also scheduling for the alterations. To my surprise I was called today and told my dress was already here. What a wonderful team they have over there. I recommend them 100%
At first I thought I would never return to this bridal shop, since I thought I could find a seamstress nearby I would go there until I found out that two could not do it because it was too difficult to alter and the third one had a huge price tag to alter. I was starting to feel I made a wrong choice on the dress but I did love it so I called Exquisite Bride back to see if they can alter it.. I was blessed by the seamtress, she not only did an excellent job on a dress that needed to be reconstructed on top because of the crystals, she only charged me $200! I was so happy since my daughters wedding was in a months time!! I believe it was the Saleman that made me dislike this place, he pushed for the sale with what minimum floor dresses they have and say ordering is 46 months! The sales guy was all sweet at first and then as soon as the sale is made, he practically throws you out the door with your almost $500 dress is placed on a cheap hanger and he doesn't even zip up the dress with a cheap cleaner plastic wrap to go! The dress itself and the seamstress made up for the lack of service experience.
I went to the private trunk show label and had an appointment with Danette and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! I found the dress of my dreams that afternoon and she made the experience that much more enjoyable making myself and my family who came with me feel very comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend checking out The Exquisite Bride in Gibsonia if you are searching for the perfect dress.
