This place is AMAZING! I needed to get my hair fixed after it had been poorly cut elsewhere. I have multicultural hair and needed a place that knew how to cut it properly and work with it. Not only was the staff incredibly nice and very understanding when I called. The free consultation was phenomenal. The stylist was super knowledgeable, had great communication across the board and was able to fix my hair and she absolutely nailed it! I had been looking for a new stylist and I found my spot! Thank you again for saving my hair! And making sure it looked professional for my meeting the next day.
My stylist Monette was AMAZING I came in with some pretty messed up blonde hair from a previous stylist and out growth and she did her thaaaang and gave me a very beautiful platinum blonde. I will be coming back. Staff is soooo nice! They really make sure you’re taken care of. Finding someone who can get blonde to match up like this is EXTREMELY difficult. Sooo thankful I found this place 😍😍🙏🏻💜

HairCoutureMe is my go to hairstylist. I have finally found my stylist after years of searching. I was looking online and by accident or actually luck I found Rain. Rain understood what my hair needed. She has a lot of pride and attention to detail. In the end I got the best braids I’ve ever had in my life. If you’re looking for “the one” give Rain a try. She will listen to you but also listen to her. She does know what she’s doing.
Worst experience!!! I had a highly disappointing visit to this hair salon. My appointment was for a hair balayage, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving at 2 pm, I ended up leaving the salon at 8:30 pm .it took her 6 hours to do my hair !!!!!! I provided a reference picture clearly illustrating the desired outcome: a darker root transitioning into lighter ends. However, my stylist bleached my entire hair, resulting in an unwarranted overly light shade. To correct the mistake, we had to undergo two rounds of toning. The frustration escalated when I was charged prematurely, before even laying eyes on the final results. The stylist quoted $125 over the phone, neglecting to mention additional charges based on hair length. Despite my hair not being exceptionally long, I was slapped with an extra $35 fee - a decision I felt coerced into as my hair had already been treated Save your money and time and don't go there !
