Ambiance: Not a big place at all... maybe 3 stools to sit at the counter. 2 benches outside to wait. Though it's small, it's easy to navigate.. you're in and out. Service: Guy taking order was patient, friendly, and helpful. I was able to mix flavors, he helped me decide on my order, and they have the option to text you when your order is ready so you're not just waiting around the already small location. Order took about 30 minutes to get. Food: My tenders were nice and hot, not crispy, but were juicy. The flavors of the sauces were strong. I'll definitely be back to try the other flavors /sauces. Fries were ok, needed more seasoning (the lemon pepper would've been good), and kind of soft, but they weren't terrible. I went on a Friday after work, and the parking was pretty easy.
Heard about this place on Facebook. There is no place to sit and eat. The food gets a B+.. ok, so it was two little benches on either side of the door and there is a very dirty bar along the window and stools to sit on. There is no shared patio seating. Wish I had taken a picture.
My go to wing place whether I have class or I’m at home (so thankful for the El Camino student discount). They have a variety of different flavors and spice levels for sandwiches, tenders, and wings, so there’s something for everyone. And the Fyrebird sauce slaps. I love getting the 6 piece wings with fries, honey chipotle and lemon pepper flavors. I recommend not waiting long to eat the fries because they get soggy quickly. They’re also quite generous with the portions.
How big is your bite? Fyrebird serves up plump, juicy chicken sandwiches, tenders, and wings! Lots of flavors, including their special “fyrebird sauce”. Levels of spicy range from mild, warm, spicy, and FIRE. We had some of each. Friendly service - they greeted me like I was a neighbor, a local friend (right across from El Camino College - there is a student discount too). Excited to add this small business to our rotation!
Fyrebird is located right across the street (Crenshaw/Manhattan Beach Blvd)from El Camino Community College inside a small strip mall. Parking here he plentiful with two-disabled spaces which includes one van access and one regular. Once inside, their menu is on their entrance wall, simple menu with gourmet tasting food. If you were planning on dining in, bring a table because they only have two chairs, yes, only two chairs...😅
