Kayelyn is amazing at Brazilian and leg waxing. Not only is she fast but it was almost painless. I would definitely recommend her as she was recommended to me. They also offer packages and the new space is beautiful!!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Friendly staff, great service!! Talk about an A-PLUS spa... this is it. Kayelynn knows everything you need to know to achieve great skin. Hayley offers body sculpting service and lashes. Amanda offers amazing facials. Claudia, Katie, Jacob , Merideth, Raine, and Imani offer the best massages. I highly recommend any service at LOVE FACE AND BODY SPA ❤️❤️
My experience here was absolutely amazing! I know most people go and look at reviews and wonder if people just left the review because they told them to do so. Let me tell you I am not one of those people. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. It is very hard to find a place that really knows what they are doing and this place right here does. Imani is amazing with her hands! As soon as I felt her hands touch my back with minimal pressure I felt an instant connection with every single knot and realized I had knots in places I didn’t even know. She used every bit of the time to ensure she engaged in all of the areas I was feeling discomfort in and took the time to explain what goes on within our body depending on our day to day activity. I highly recommend her she is amazing! In the past I have always felt like an hour massage was way to long because most people just keep doing the same thing and I never felt like I was going anywhere, but let me tell you when I go here I am wanting more simply because the relaxation is to real and they ensure to make every second worth it!
I had a 90 minute massage and a 45 minute facial. The facial was amazing, the massage was not. I’ll preface by saying they are in a new location and seem to be in the throes of getting it all together. They were assembling furniture in the lobby the entire time I was there, so throughout both treatments you could hear the drill going. The bathroom faucet did not work either. Jacob was my masseuse. As with most massages they leave the room while you disrobe and get on the table. Typically, they knock before entering again. Jacob did not knock and I was not fully on the table covered up- leaving me exposed and embarrassed. He then proceeded to talk the entire 90 minutes, not just talk, but ask me questions that required more than yes/no responses- not the easiest when your face is in the cushion and you are trying to relax. It was also freezing in the massage room, my extremities were cold and I was unable to relax, Jacob seemed to notice and increased pressure even though I requested a lighter touch. I am so sore today. I’m thankful I was able to finish my spa experience on a positive note with Amanda and a great facial (my first ever). It was much warmer (literally) and she knocked and waited for me to say ‘come in’ before entering the room.
I had a great experience at Love Face Body Spa! I had recently tweaked my back and after a few chiropractic adjustments knew I also needed to see a massage therapist. I was in Charlottesville for the weekend and was able to see Jacob. I felt very comfortable with Jacob and he was very knowledgeable and gave me a few extra things I could do at home to help with my back. By the time I went to bed that night I was finally pain free and able to sleep comfortably and haven't had an issue since! Highly recommend seeing Jacob, he is highly skilled and knows what he is doing. Thank you Jacob!
