Brought varying sizes of the biodegradable bags, to which most break just to the touch. Such a shame as they are a lovely design and a great idea, just weak at the seams and no product info on what they are actually made of. Luckily not a lot of money wasted
Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered a new surround on Thursday around 1pm, was delivered via fedex the next day at 1pm. 24 hours from order to received. Cannot fault that at all. Thanks so much
The new darts I ordered, harrow supergrip 28g are perfect the weight of them is just what I wanted and also the engraving just adds that personal touch highly recommend and now my game will vastly improve.
First off, Darts corner were great. Over the last 9months been ordering. Spent many a hundred, yes I have a problem 😆. As long as there is no issue all is great. Quality stuff. But... Recently a group of us made an order. Darts Corner didn't include the IOSS code. Therefore An Post refused to deliver until a fee of €48 was paid. Darts Corner refused to pay this so we had to. We were already waiting 2 weeks. It's a shame as I really trusted Darts Corner. Even after reading complaints of customer service a few months back, I figured it may be a rare thing, guess not. The 13+ of us decided we'll boycott Darts Corner from now on, simply cannot take the chance. P.S Gary, sadly you suck at your Job. You must do better.
My wife ordered me a Jack Daniels Dartboard Cabinet and Dartboard set for Fathers Day. Due to an impending house move my wife decided to give it me early. Both the delivery cardboard box and branded box was sealed and to my disappointment there was only the cabinet in the box, no dartboard, no darts or other advertised accessories. My wife emailed the company to be told that the parcel left the warehouse at the correct weight, no proof could be provided. I checked the eight the parcel should have been against the couriers weight and the delivery weight was less proving the board and accessories weren’t in the original parcel. Then we noticed the cupboard was scratched and asked for a full replacement and was advised no, so we asked for a full refund! Customer service is a joke and Gary the manager is just an arrogant bare faced liar. Avoid at all costs and would give zero stars if possible
