More time should be allotted for senior sessions. How are you only allowing an hour for 4 outfit changes (cap and gown, tuxedo, and 2 outfits of choice). Sessions are rushed and the photos show it. Props definitely need an upgrade. Get more than the just the senior sign, 1980s columns and trunk. Photographers definitely need to continually research photo sessions/poses. Doing the same boring photo poses from 1999 is not acceptable. Even with showing inspiration the photos are no where near what we were looking for. Photographers aren't even telling you when something's out of place. A simple "fix your shirt" or something in that nature would be great. They are just pointing and aiming. We booked the most expensive package and don't like ANY OF THE PICTURES. these are pictures that will be in the yearbook and family/friends will have forever and we aren't satisfied at all. And then the prices for trash pictures is crazy!!
My experience was good with DSP the young boy who took my daughters pictures was very nice and kind and even let her retake any picture she didn’t like and the pictures came out good, thank you!
Unprofessional and customer service was lacking. They treat the students rudely and should no longer be used for any school.
I should have read the reviews before I waisted my down payment I now can't get back. The pictures were horrible. The person' taking the picture used a yellow spot light which changed my son's teeth yellow in every picture. And when I asked if we could re take them with a different photographer after seeing pictures of another student that turned out way better... They said no unless we pay the extra fees. Because ( of course) they saw nothing wrong with the pictures..DO NOT GO HERE. JPennys at the mall, was perfect
Horrible customer service. Arrived at the location 5 minutes early for my appointment. Girl walks in and they tell her her appointment was a half hour before mine and that she was late. Then they tell her don’t worry about it and leave me sitting there. Once I was a half hour into my appointment still sitting waiting I said something and the guy up front shrugged his shoulders and said nothing I can do. I said refund me my money and I’ll have someone else take the photos. I best get my refund. No attempt to even try to make it right. On my way out the door the photographer comes out and says she is ready now. Yeah no thanks.
