Teresa had a dress I really liked. The first time I went she gave a price. The second time I went with my mother she gave me a higher price. The deal was that she would make one alteration and she would have two different veil cape for me to choose from and a headpiece the dress would be delivered ironed. We agreed to the higher price. I went to pick up dress she only had one veil cape for me to try on and then said ironing was an extra $50. When making the deal she said she would have it ironed but now she was refusing and charging more. Also she refuses to take card twice she said she didn’t have the machine set up which can be a little inconvenient because her dresses are pricey so you have to carry quite a bit of cash with you.Her work is nice but she can over promise and not deliver. Her pricing is not clear.
Teresa is wonderful! I was searching up and down and all over for a shop that makes custom dresses only. I was finding that the ones in LA who did alterations and customs weren’t able to give the detail for the creation or the seamless lines. Soo glad that I randomly found this shop. Teresa has taken her time in each meet to make sure that everything is exactly done right. Willing to completely change when I don’t like something. She is truly happy when the bride is happy. Teresa is a sweet and patient woman. She helped make my dress beautiful and the alterations she made to have the dress more covered came out perfect! Highly recommend her and the store!
After spending an entire week looking around for a wedding dress I came across this particular shop. When we entered Bridal City in San Fernando we were greeted by a very nice and polite lady Teresa. She was very attentive with all of my requests and needs. She was able to create a picture in my head of how she would create my dream dress. She offered me a custom hand made dress to perfectly fit my body type. Every time I went for a fitting it looked better and better. She created the perfect dress in about 4 months. During all the planning for the wedding this was one part that I did not have to worry about. She is truly talented and puts her entire heart into her work. Anyone looking for a dress in the area should stop by and see what she can do for you.
